Do you have the market knowledge and expertise to help clients grow their business? You should have more than 5 years of solid business development and long-term client relationships. Your strength should be in solution-based selling with an eye to increasing the company’s profitability. You must be a degree holder and have extensive experience in the advertising and/or media industry with a proven track record in business development and sales. You should be fluent in English and have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Key Duties, responsibilities and accountabilities

  • To develop new business relationships to negotiate and generate new income and revenue streams for Monimedia
  • Presenting Monimedia to potential clients through direct communication methods resulting from referrals and independent lead generation
  • Actively and successfully manage lead generation, credentials pitch, solutions and delivery process presentations, negotiations and implementation strategies in partnership with the Project Teams
  • Create and be accountable for client proposals and integration strategies
  • Positive and successful detailed interaction management with internal stake holders
  • Be a key contact point for contracted clients and in conjunction with internal stake holders initiate and develop proactive customer relationship management strategies and processes
  • Support and assist the internal stake holders and project teams to ensure excellence in customer satisfaction
  • Deliver marketing and business strategic plans for continual business development

  • Proven success and track record in Business Development and Account Management and a demonstrable knowledge of the Digital Marketing Industry
  • Confident, clear and concise communicator and presenter to senior management
  • Strong client management skills and a focus upon successful delivery
  • Capable of hands-on problem solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities

  • Capable of working independently and self motivation

  • Ability to understand and adapt the Monimedia Business model and processes and successfully integrate into tailored solutions.
  • Ability to understand and adapt key Monimedia business model economics to achieve required return on investment
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure internal stakeholders and other key Monimedia personnel have positive input into the development of new clients and revenue streams
  • Strong numerical skills to determine the feasibility of new client opportunities.
